This is a permanent opportunity to join a highly respected national organization that is a proven leader in their field!Architect SummaryThe Senior Architect will display proven expertise developing cross-platform applications that address both functional and non-functional requirements within an Agile, and AWS, environment. Responsibilities Include:

• Provide technical guidance and direction, ensuring architectural best-practices are focused on scalability, performance, security, and overall business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, technical resources, vendor partners, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile Release Trains, and business stakeholders to ensure architectural decisions align with goals and priorities.
• Define and prioritize architectural epics and features within a comprehensive system architecture design.
• Articulate architectural decisions and strategies to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Evaluate and enhance architectural processes, tools, methodologies, and technologies to improve the development efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor technical team members, fostering growth and providing opportunities career development.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in software architecture with a focus on large-scale enterprise and cloud-centric applications.
• Experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and technologies, with a strong desire towards AWS.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Certification in SAFe or other Agile methodologies is highly preferred.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or AWS Professional designation is highly desirable.

• Total Compensation: $175k to $220k based on skills and experience
