We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team and support our IT Project Management Office (PMO) and Senior Manager. This individual will play a crucial role as a primary support resource, assisting in various capacities including project coordination, Smartsheet administration (especially Control Center and dashboards), and facilitating communication across different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Support for IT PMO and Senior Manager: Serve as the right hand to the IT PMO and Senior Manager, providing administrative and project support as needed.
• Smartsheet Expertise: Utilize advanced Smartsheet skills, particularly in Smartsheet Control Center and dashboard management. Responsible for managing global updates and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Meeting Attendance and Documentation: Attend Executive Technology Summit meetings and IT Project Management Leadership Meetings. Take meeting minutes, document action items, and ensure follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Project Tracking and Follow-up: Monitor project progress by following up with Project Managers to ensure timely completion of tasks and up-to-date status reporting.
• Project Management: Take ownership of smaller projects as assigned, leveraging project management experience to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience (3 years) as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role in a corporate IT environment.
• Expertise in Smartsheet Control Center and dashboard creation and management.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) or a similar project management tool.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
