Job Summary:
Multiple Openings: Hiring two Senior Executive Assistants, one supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and one supporting the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive and their Senior Leadership Team. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive's office and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department. This position must be committed to completing a wide variety of tasks independently with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. This position reports to the Chief of Staff and partners closely with them to design, build, execute, and manage processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with company’s and function’s priorities.

The expected range is $72,000 - $87,110. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide poised and resourceful administrative assistance to the Executive and their Senior Leadership Team with a demonstrated ability to accomplish goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and complex work environment.
Provide support with scheduling and proactively organizing calendars aligned with the Executive’s priorities, preparing expense reports, and arranging travel.
Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to create, establish, implement, and oversee processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness for the Executive and their Senior Leadership Team.
Demonstrate strong communication skills as a leader in your role and a contributor in a team-driven environment.
Excellent self-management skills: organization, time-management, self-motivation, self-directing, stress management, reliability, and accountability.
Operate with a clear understanding of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism to build trust with the Executive, Chief of Staff, and Senior Leadership Team.
Possess a high level of detail and accuracy, drive for results, and anticipate business needs before requested.
Establish great working relationships with key stakeholders including the Executive Committee and their assistants.
Create a high level of trust and confidence acting with the utmost professionalism and discretion over the phone, through written communication, and in person to accomplish requests and achieve goals.
Plan and coordinate meetings, Town Halls, and special events.
Maintain comprehensive skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams, Concur Expense Reporting, and DocuSign.
Demonstrate a strong interest in Vail Resorts' business and the division's specific goals.

Job Qualifications:
2 years' experience supporting a C-Suite executive required.
5 years' experience providing support to multiple Vice Presidents as an Administrative Assistant required.
Strong leadership skills: agility, critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, and collaboration.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) required.
Project management skills preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Must be a progressive learner, organized, detail oriented, and professional.
Ability to multi-task with shifting priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Must be flexible, resourceful, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Strong bias for action
Experience working for a publicly held company preferred.
Possible limited travel to Colorado Mountain Resorts.
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $72,000 - $87,110. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
