A Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving an organization's HRIS. They work with HR staff and leadership to ensure that the system meets the needs of the HR department and is up to date with the latest releases. HRIS analysts also analyze data to improve HR processes and strategies, and may lead the HRIS team in automating and integrating core HR processes.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is 145000. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
