Valbridge Property Advisors is looking for an experienced commercial real estate appraiser to join our team in Portland, Oregon. If you are looking to grow, innovate and lead with the resources of one of the nation’s largest independent commercial valuation companies and you have at least 24 months of commercial appraisal experience, we want to hear from you. Our appraisers provide high-end, professional commercial real estate appraisal services for a variety of real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, vacant land, and special use properties. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, lending institutions, attorneys, developers, accounting firms, and government agencies. We are in search of an appraiser to work in Oregon and surrounding areas, grow with our firm to be certified if not already, and ideally to build a team of appraisers you would lead in years to come. 

This position is located in Portland, Oregon, or within a reasonable driving distance of Portland.
