Immediate opening for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee in our Twin Cities office. The position provides an excellent opportunity for experience and potential advancement within the commercial appraisal industry. The successful applicant will work under a senior appraiser in conducting research and preparation of commercial appraisal reports for all commercial property types. Applicants must be detail-oriented, analytical, hard working and extremely organized. The position requires excellent time management and communication skills, strong math and writing skills, a professional demeanor, good telephone etiquette, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong computer skills are a must including Word and Excel. This position is full-time and does not require an appraiser’s license; however, a trainee license is preferred. The right candidate will be highly motivated to succeed in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal field and will be required to work toward a Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License.

A bachelor's degree is required for this position. An active driver's license is also required.
