Valco Melton is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating our service operations, including scheduling and dispatching. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. A focus on providing excellent customer service is also important, as the coordinator may interact directly with clients or end-users. This includes being responsive to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Technical Service operations, including scheduling and dispatching.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers.
• Monitor service requests and technicians’ tasks to ensure follow-through.
• Communicate with customers to confirm scheduled appointments and provide updates on service status.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce Field Service for service appointments, work orders, and customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Ensure technical support policies and procedures are documented and followed.
• Maintain consistent communication within the department and between the Service group and other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports as necessary for Management.
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
