American National Skyline, LLC. A Valcourt Company is looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial-spirited individual for their Branch Manager position. This person needs to have a successful track record in business-to-business sales, experience in managing a service team, and the passion for running the division like it was their own small business.

Delivering Results Sales Growth/ P&L Management

• Drive Branch Sales performance.
• Work directly with other sales channels to develop strategies for increased branch traffic.
• Maintain open communication with horizontal and vertical teams, customers and vendor partners.
• Effectively manage the branch P&L
• Develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives.
• Manage labor costs, overtime and utilization of all associates (including temporary employees)

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with crews strongly desired.
• Computer literacy with proficiency with MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a team environment and be willing to participate.
• Ability to function at an above average level in a technical environment.
• Prior experience using sales and/or inventory management software.
• Prior experience in motivating and influencing a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
