Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Acute Care Clinical Leader.
• At least 2 years of experience as a bedside RN.
• Proven experience managing teams with varied skill levels, including new graduate RNs.
• Demonstrated success in collaborative work with physicians, project management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Description

As the Director of Acute Care Services, you will work under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer and serve as a key member of the patient care leadership team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical direction, ensuring quality outcomes, managing the financial health of your units, and supporting the mission, vision, and strategic goals of our institution. This role involves direct oversight of ICU/PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Rehab Nursing Units, requiring flexible shift availability to meet the needs of all staff.

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with eligibility for Montana licensure required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, or Leadership/Management preferred.
• ACLS, ONS certification, and Healthcare Provider BLS required within 3 months of hire.
• Certification in a specialty area is highly desirable.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
