About Our Opportunity:As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll gather, organize, and interpret key data elements from various sources to identify opportunities, risks, trends and provide other insights. You will partner with our internal stakeholders communicating findings and recommendations to be considered for implementation.
Things You’ll Do Here:
- Gather and translate requirements from stakeholders into business rules in support of business objective
- Work with stakeholders to identify key deliverables and establish deadlines
- Use enterprise data tools to query data for analysis
- Perform revisions, optimizations, and other changes to process as needed to reflect changes.
- Communicate findings, provide documentation and support to stakeholders in an actionable manner
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor
- 2 years of experience in an Information Analytics focused role
- Proficiency in SQL, database infrastructure, and familiarity with tools like Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Snowflake, etc
- Experience inassessingexisting processes and implementingimprovements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into data deliverables and present insights to stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently or in a team, and maintain high standards under pressure
- Excellent computer skills in data transformation, visualization, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with data modeling and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data integration and management
- Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or analytics related field
