Job Overview:

Come be a part of our team! We offer a high hourly rate plus amazing tips with no hustle and bustle of down town Helen and no leaving work at midnight or later. Our restaurants close at 9pm. We have one fine dining location and one casual location. Plus, we will be opening our cabana bar up soon. Also, you have opportunity to be a part of our event team.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional guest services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle guest relations issues
- Bartending plus general wine and alcohol knowledge is a plus
