Valiant Integrated Services is Hiring an Operations and Training Manager Near Schofield Barracks, HI
- This position is contingent on contract award. Multiple locations.
- Manage and supervise Contractor support of day-to-day MTC operations and training; exercise/event planning and operations support; scheduling and coordination of MTC resources and the training request process; individual MCIS training; and MTC task tracking.
- Participate in and when required lead various operations and exercise updates and staff meetings.
- Ensure the MTC Government is kept informed of training and event support requirements, any potential changes to those requirements, and any conflicts with overlapping or simultaneous requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with military training and training support operations;
- 5 years’ operations management experience;
- 3 years’ experience, within the last 10 years, with military simulations;
- possess a robust understanding of the Army MCTSP and MTC operations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Army MTCs.
Additional RequirementsMust be able to obtain and maintain a current Active Security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
