We are a small but growing electrical contractor with over 30 years of commercial contracting experience. Valid Electric is looking for an experienced PM that is self motivated and is capable of overseeing a variety of projects. We are looking for a motivated individual to be become part of our team to help build a better organization by bringing your expertise, knowledge, and hard work. Your contributions will help continue to build the company and with that foster a strong comradery with fellow employees .
PROJECT MANAGER DUTIES:
PM will generally be responsible for running multiple projects in size of 1M to 10M after project award. Projects types and sizes will vary however all projects will be commercial construction, either renovation or new construction. We perform a variety of project types including Assisted Living Facilities, Healthcare, MOB's, Office, etc. Field Superintendent will oversee project manpower, field installation, execution, and safety. Typical PM duties will include but not be limited to:
