About the Role
Validity is looking for an Account Executive to join our high performing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving Validity’s Software as a Service products within a designated geographic territory and industry markets. This position is a hybrid work schedule that requires a minimum of 3 days per week in our Uxbridge office.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell Validity’s products and services directly to businesses to targeted Personas across specific industries
- Consistently attain and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Drive new business opportunities collaboratively with dedicated SDR resources
- Work in a team environment to drive all prospecting, qualification, sales activities and sales targets in a defined geography or territory
- Utilize Validity’s sales process to uncover customer/prospect needs and correspondingly the value of the business problem we are attempting to solve
- Become proficient with using the Salesforce CRM Automation tools for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management, forecasting and sales reporting
Required Experience, Skills, and Education
- Familiarity and comfort using MEDDIC sales process
- Familiarity and comfort with classic sales training methodology (Challenger, Sandler, Miller Heiman or similar)
- Successful quota carrying experience selling SaaS technology products or services, calling on business influencers and meeting monthly performance objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and the ability to multitask with close attention to detail
- Outstanding time management skills
- Experience using CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities
- Proficient in Sales Stack of technologies; ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator and Gong.
- Ability to self-source opportunities from cold outbound and warm and inbound leads
- Ability to work in our Uxbridge office 3 days per week
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of proven successful experience in a quota-carrying role
- Knowledge/Experience in Email Deliverability or Data Management Industry
- Experience with in-person events is a bonus
