Our teams place physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, and CRNA’s, including behavioral health providers on short-and long-term assignments, filling immediate gaps in healthcare coverage.
As one of our entry-level Account Executives, you will grow and develop a portfolio of clients and work with our team of Recruiters to fill their critical staffing needs. The work you do will help ensure patients in need of care can be seen by a provider.

Responsibilities
- Grow, develop and consult with your portfolio of client managers who you will help with their staffing needs
- Cultivate strong relationships with the clients in your portfolio with the intention of earning their continued business
- Provide high-quality customer service to ensure all assignments are running smoothly
- Work closely with Wellhart’s sales support teams throughout the entire assignment process
- Exceed goals, smash your sales numbers, and ultimately: make a lot of money!
Qualifications
