Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of supplier, inventory, purchasing, and related pricing data in an on-going effort reduce operational costs, increase margin, and assist in better inventory planning for market growth. The Supply Chain Analyst must collect data and evaluate performance based on purchases, pricing, and related customer inquiries. The development and tracking of key performance indicators will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision making.
The Supply Chain Analyst will create both standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative product and inventory/purchasing analysis, and assess future needs and data integrity. The candidate must develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.
