Valley Branch Retreat Inc. in Nashville, IN is looking for grounds keeper to live on-site and join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 2620 Valley Branch Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. Buggy tour guide and Zip guide training available.

• Maintain property appearance and schedule maintenance as needed
• Follow customer leads and referrals to attract new customers
• Answer phone. complete bookings and check ins
• Ensure property guidelines are followed. Solve and issues that would arise.
• Help market through social media
• Cross train into being activity guide a needed. see www.explorebrowncounty.com
• Opportunity to live on site based on needs.
• Repair and keep 20 vehicles maintained with documentation records/

Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar role helpful
• Friendly and engaging personality
• Able to listen and communicate effectively
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Strong grounds maintenance background beneficial
• Grounds keeping, recycling, green thumb and other duties
• Teamwork and communication skills beneficial
