Job Test Manager

The Job Test Manager will be responsible for overseeing the testing of IP job postings. This will involve working closely with the HR department to ensure that all job postings are accurate and up-to-date. The Job Test Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of testers, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience in testing job postings, as well as experience managing a team. They should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills. They should also be able to work well under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the testing of IP job postings
• Manage a team of testers
• Ensure that all job postings are accurate and up-to-date
• Train testers and ensure that they are properly equipped to carry out their duties
• Work closely with the HR department to ensure that all job postings meet company standards
• Provide regular reports on testing progress to senior management
• Identify and address any issues or concerns with job postings
