NATURE OF WORK:To provide skill development training and supports to consumers with a DDdiagnosis. This involves consumer assessment, program planning andimplementation.Each employee within theorganization is expected to adhere to all safety standards which are in placeto provide maximum safety for both staff and consumers.It is each employee’s duty to perform theirjob safely and to participate in safety trainings as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to legally transport clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, FirstAid,Mandt certifications and otherrequired trainings.
• Ability to comply with Client’s Rights.
• Ability to comply with Valley’s and divisiondepartmental safety procedures.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak theEnglish language.
