Compensation:$20 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- 3-5 years of sales management experience.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Strong understanding of US work authorization laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a sales team.
