POSITION TITLE: College Adjunct Instructor: Chemistry / Biology

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION :

Instructs College students using various pedagogical methods. Prepares course goals/objectives and syllabi. Assesses student progress, records results, and issues regular reports to administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Instructs assigned undergraduate credits per semester.
• Contributes to the efficient management and administration of the College as required.
• Informs the students about the academic rules, regulations, policies, and standards.
• Maintains academic records

Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform in this position. · Master’s degree in related field of study required; PhD preferred. All degrees must be from regionally accredited institutes

· Three to five years of business or industry experience appropriate to the course subject matter

· Two to five years previous teaching experience preferred
