Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and possess a deep understanding of medical terminology and utilization management.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the medical office, including staff supervision and scheduling
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and policies
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care delivery
- Oversee medical administrative support functions such as billing, coding, and patient records management
- Handle human resources duties including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as JCAHO and managed care requirements

Skills:

YOU MUST BE BILINGUAL WITH ABILITY TO CONVERSE IN SPANISH

- Proficiency in medical terminology and utilization management
- Experience in healthcare management or related field
- Knowledge of veterinary or critical care practices is a plus
- Familiarity with hospital operations and managed care principles
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
