Job Description: Responsible for carrying out goal oriented treatments established by the Occupational Therapist to facilitate maximum
level of independence in ADL and UE functioning.

Qualifications:


Shift: FULL TIME - Tuesdays - Saturdays


Education:

Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy from a college program satisfying the American
Occupational Therapy Association academic and intern requirement for competence in OT.


License/Certification:

Nevada State License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. (Must be in the process of
licensure and practicing under a student license). Current certification from the National Board
for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Current BLS certification.


Other:

Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the
patients served on the assigned unit/department.
