Valley View is currently seeking a RN Clinincal Manager to join our dedicated nursing team. This is a salary position, Monday through Friday 700am to 300pm, Holiday and On-Call rotation expectation.

Our primary aim is to ensure that the residents in our neighborhood(s) receive top-notch care and services that are tailored to their specific needs and strengths. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing daily reports and incident logs, facilitating clinical rounds, and participating in morning and wrap-up meetings to keep everyone informed and coordinated.

Additionally, you'll handle various other tasks such as conducting annual employee evaluations and working closely with our scheduling team to ensure we have adequate staff coverage. You'll also be part of the nursing leadership team, taking on-call shifts and holiday rotations as needed.

Qualifications required:

Maintain current RN license in the state of PA

Minimum of 5 years nursing experience

Minium of 1 year as a supervisor in hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care facility

Certified in CPR
