This position is a remote opportunity. Under the direction of the designated Supervisor / Manager, this position is responsible for processing outgoing / external and / or incoming / internal referrals from prior authorization to closing.
Hourly Pay Rate : $17.54 - $25.87 This position can be worked from an approved remote location. Qualifications Education :
Requires a high school diploma or GED.

Certification / Licensure :
Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or submit a completed Affidavit at the time of hire.
Must complete fingerprint clearance card application within seven (7) days of hire date. Must present actual card within 90 days of applying for a fingerprint clearance card.
