The core responsibilities of this role are coordinating field service team schedules, estimating, and issuing proposals for customer projects.

You should have a high level of understanding of pulp and paper mill operation with a strong knowledge of the paper making background and a solid understanding of the business environment. - Strong technical background or related business field (Bachelor's/ Master's) and/or equivalent experience in the pulp machinery or equipment field
- Ability to interpret technical data, manage projects and priorities and resolve questions
- Identifying potential sales or service opportunities during problem solving discussions
- Willingness to travel approximately: 50%
- Maintaining composure and making competent decisions in a stress situation is required
- Ability to communicate and demonstrate excellent customer interaction skills
