- Prefer a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience = full-cycle recruitment, from finding gems to sealing the deal
- Proficiently juggle Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Willingness to occasionally attend evening and weekend recruiting events
- Embrace minimal travel (10% or less), we promise it'll be worth it!
- Harness technology to network both online and offline
- Articulate and set clear expectations, update progress bars, and keep everyone in the loop—managers, candidates, and the HR team
- Devoted to delivering an A candidate experience, with skills in negotiation
- Comfort with ambiguity, able to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Whip-smart communication skills, whether chatting up Company management or penning the perfect email
- Self-motivated – you thrive on meeting deadlines
- A natural born organizer and analyzer, you use data to tell your story
- Team player extraordinaire, but can also slay tasks solo when needed
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Bonus points for certifications like PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP—certified superstar!
- Battle-tested in recruiting within the manufacturing realm, you know your gears and widgets
- Experience navigating federal and state laws, including affirmative action plans
