As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for growing, nurturing, and maintaining the social media pages and community to which you will be assigned, as well as keeping track of main social media metrics. 

You will be part of a dynamic and growing team of social media professionals and will be provided with guidance and resources designed to help you achieve your goals.

Responsibilities:

• Curate compelling visual content to be posted 
• Select social media relevant and on-brand articles to be posted within TheThings’ various social media accounts.
• Conduct any tasks as directed by Valnet's Social Media Analyst.
• Create highly engaging social media captions.
• Schedule images, links, and video posts promptly.
• Create meaningful connections through consistent community management.
• Provide insightful feedback on main social media metrics.
• Participate in occasional team meetings
• Adhere to the company’s social media guidelines and best practices.

Goals: 

• Generate significant social-driven traffic.
• Amplify social media reach.
• Establish a consistent voice for your assigned page/pages.

Application Requirements:

• A solid understanding and experience of social media management.
• Broad knowledge of the entertainment industry; primarily reality TV
• Willingness to check in during evenings/weekends.
• The ability to work from home.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Openness to receive constructive feedback.
