Position SummaryResponsible for providing advanced technical and analytical skills to the Technology Research and Innovation team. Works with project teams to ensure technical quality of cloud security-focused deliverables and adherence to security standards, governance, and controls practices. Considered a security and technical expert in cloud security technology, agile development, architecture, designs, systems implementation, and integration, across cloud environments Amazon Web Services and Azure.
Principal Responsibilities

• Provide Cloud Security Architectural development and assist with the automation of security for Cloud PoC environments (AWS and Azure).
• Contribute subject matter expertise advice in Cloud Security (End-point, application, network) with a focus on automation.
• Experience with CNAPP (Cloud Native Application Protection Platform) solutions and MDR solutions.
• Experience working with SSE (Security Service Edge) and Zscaler.
• Advise project teams during system development to ensure compliance with security policies, guidelines, standards, controls, and governance.
• Contribute to cloud security strategy, vision, requirements, and solutions for DevX.
• Design, develop, and implement new cloud security technologies as necessary to support the Technology Research and Innovation team.
• Consult with application development teams to determine cloud security requirements and plan and deliver automated cloud-based business solutions.
• Define, publish, and maintain processes for security governance (compliance to principles, guidelines, and standards).
• Conduct technical research to contribute to setting cloud security direction and strategy.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cloud security architecture, development, designs, and integration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or related experience preferred.
• Experience with CNAPP and Zscaler.
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure, agile development, application development methodologies, best practices, and services in AWS and Azure.
• Maintains current knowledge of cloud security technologies and architecture marketplace.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
