- Maintain clean area after job completion, in fabrication area, tool storage and parts room.
- Always seeking to enhance technical abilities by attending workshops, online/in person seminars and reading operations and maintenance manuals.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, controls, electrical and facility repairs.
- Maintain plant equipment using voltmeters, calipers, ohmmeters, pressure gauges, communication, visual and auditory inspections.
- Perform welding, cutting, soldering, and plumbing as needed.
- Read ladder logic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and blueprints to troubleshoot machines.
- Installs, programs, and repairs automated machinery and equipment such as robots, application heads, dosing systems and others.
- Add, update and complete work orders and PMs in CMMS.
- Use equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, hoists, and other rigging to install equipment.
- Work with and monitor contractors.
- Monitor parts inventory and communicate once low levels are reached.
- Support the company Mission, Goals, and Values philosophy.
- Minimum of 5 years’ Maintenance Technician experience required.
- Experience and aptitude in electrical up to 480V 3-Phase
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite, CMMS)
- Ability to work overtime and weekends.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Electrical and/or Mechanical Trade Certifications desired
- Chemical experience desired.
