Role: .NET Developer (Solace, MQ, Oracle Database)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Day 1 hybrid Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications written in .NET technologies with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate messaging solutions using Solace and MQ to facilitate asynchronous communication and data processing.
• Manage Oracle database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and transaction management to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement robust functionalities.
• Implement best practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Document development processes, code, and architectural decisions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical support and guidance on software design and development to peers and junior developers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer with a strong portfolio of successful software development projects.
• Expertise in messaging middleware, specifically Solace and MQ.
• Strong experience with Oracle database design, development, and performance tuning.
• Proficient in .NET languages (C#, VB .NET) and familiarity with the .NET framework and .NET Core.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in .NET development, Oracle databases, Solace, or MQ are highly regarded.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
