*Valvoline Global Operations Headquarters is located in Lexington, KY. We prefer local candidates willing to work an in-office work schedule (3 days per week). We are also open to candidates living in nearby markets (i.e. Cincinnati and Louisville), willing to visit HQs 1x per week.

How Youll Make an Impact
The Senior Compensation Specialist will ensure current compensation practices are in line with the Company's compensation philosophy by developing, coordinating, and administering compensation programs. Responsibilities include performing analysis of both internal and external data, analyzing trends and marketplace information, implementing, administering, and developing base and variable pay compensation programs. Partners and collaborates with HR Center of Expertise, Country HR Leads and HR Business Partners to understand and execute job evaluation strategy and compensation programs by providing support and advice for compensation related issues. Acts as the subject matter expert by understanding and identifying business needs and addresses them by conducting analyses, creating and implementing innovative solutions to address key findings and remedy problems.
