We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top-tier talent. Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and positive culture. Effectively manage and mentor a team of recruiters. Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify opportunities for professional development. Execute strategic objectives to achieve business goals. Build and maintain strong relations with hiring managers. Be a positive advocate for change as business evolves. Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and talent needs, translating them into strategic recruitment plans. Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition. Full-cycle Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes. Conduct interviews for key positions and provide guidance to team members on effective interview techniques. Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, industry events, and partnerships. Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling employer branding content and campaigns. Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track and measure recruitment metrics. Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience within a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role. 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Proven ability to analyze data and develop reports and presentations. Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems or HCM platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
