Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Dynamics 365 Sr Developers to join our team for a 12-month project with a leading credit union. These roles are fully remote, offering competitive pay with flexibility for highly skilled candidates. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365, particularly the Customer Services module, and extensive experience with the Power Platform and related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on the Customer Services module.
• Perform data migration and integrate data using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and API integrations with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• We have implemented and maintained CRM customizations, including custom entities, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript for validation.
• Design and configure security models and out-of-the-box configurations.
• Work with Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Canvas apps, to create automated workflows and data visualizations.
• Manage and execute CRM development tasks, including API integration, CICD processes, and CRM administration.
• Utilize Omnichannel Customer Service workspace and Power App portals to enhance customer interaction.
• Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing CRM architecture, custom development, and security models.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in Dynamics 365, particularly in the D365 Customer Services module.
• Strong experience with the Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, and DAX language.
• Expertise in data migration and API integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Skilled in CRM customization, including custom entities, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Canvas apps, Flows, and Omnichannel Customer Service workspace.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM security models and out-of-the-box configurations.
• Experience with CICD processes and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Power App portals and CRM administration.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in custom development or migration in recent projects.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing security models and CRM solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
