We are seeking a Certified Food Reflexologist to add to our team at our Waterfront Spa location. This position starts part-time, 18-24 hours per week. Schedules are consistent and do not frequently change. Participation in weekly staff meetings and marketing tasks is mandatory and are paid administrative hours. This position reports directly to the Waterfront Director. Available to expand work hours as caseload grows.

Our team of 13 providers includes Naturopathic medicine, Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Mental Health Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Aesthetic Skincare. We meet weekly as a team, learn from each other through monthly in-services, participate in community events, and build relationships at our annual retreat and additional team events throughout the year. Compensation:

$30 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of reflexology and spa treatments for patients/clients in Vancouver, WA, US.
  • Ensure punctuality for shifts and maintain a consistent attendance record.
  • Open and close the treatment room daily, managing room turnovers effectively.
  • Coordinate with the Client Concierge Manager to oversee check-in, check-out, and payment processes.
  • Maintain accurate SOAP note charting and sign off on all charts within 24 hours.
  • Engage in marketing activities to attract and retain clients, such as participating in professional referral groups and contributing to social media, newsletters, websites, or blogs (up to 2 hours per week paid time).
  • Actively promote VWS treatments, services, and promotions.
  • Uphold professional appearance, behavior, and hygiene standards.
  • Cultivate professional and personalized relationships with regular clients and community members.
  • Address patient/client inquiries and issues promptly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Ensure complete confidentiality regarding patient/client matters following HIPAA policies.
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
  • Pursue annual continued education, stay updated on industry trends and services, and be open to ongoing massage therapy education.
Qualifications:
  • To be considered for this position as a Foot Reflexologist certified in Vancouver, WA, US, the individual must be at least 18 years old.
  • The candidate should have successfully completed a minimum of 200 hours of training at an accredited school, meeting the skills outlined in WAC 246-831-040.
  • They must have fulfilled all examination requirements mandated by the state of Washington.
  • Possession of a current Reflexology certificate issued by the reflexology Board in Washington State is a must.
  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required for this role.
