Recruiter (Hybrid)Our client seeks an experienced full-process Recruiter to support their team! This is a stellar opportunity to get a foot in the door within the public sector and would be a great fit for someone who is driven and adaptable. This role will fluctuate between 30-40 hours a week.
This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to occasionally commute to offices in Portland, Oregon. Recruiter Responsibilities
- Lead all stages of the recruitment process for multiple requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Review applications, source, and screen candidates’ qualifications.
- Maintain communication with candidates and managers regarding the status of positions and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities and department projects.
- Educate managers on hiring trends and best practices.
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Degree in human resources or similar a plus.
- Tech-savvy with Workday or similar ATS and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Customer-focused with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks.
