RecruiterAs a Recruiter specializing in blue-collar production workers, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and selecting top talent to fuel our organization's growth. Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and working hand-in-hand with our operations team, you will ensure that every new hire aligns with our company's values, culture, and specific job requirements.
This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.Recruiter Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to define and execute recruitment strategies for blue-collar production workers.
- Administer and interpret reasoning and personality tests to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles.
- Coordinate closely with operations to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for various production positions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future staffing requirements.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract potential talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the development of a positive candidate experience that reflects our company's values.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in blue-collar production worker recruitment.
- Proficiency in interpreting reasoning and personality tests.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a big plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality hires.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and technologies.
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
