Recruiting SpecialistOur client has an immediate opening for a dependable and self-motivated Recruiting Specialist to support their team. This position is onsite in Hillsboro, OR.
Responsibilities Of The Recruiting Specialist
  • Collaborate with agencies to onboard and monitor temporary seasonal workers.
  • Handle high-volume calls and emails to support onboarding and work-monitoring processes.
  • Ensure new-hire paperwork and badging processes are completed timely and accurately to meet target start dates.
  • Monitor hours worked and communicate timecard variations to agencies for accurate tracking.
  • Additional recruitment coordination support as required.
Recruiting Specialist Qualifications
  • 1 year of high-volume recruiting coordinator experience.
  • Exposure to seasonal hiring or agency hiring a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
Salary: $25-$28/hr. (DOE)BenefitsBenefits are available to eligible VanderHouwen contractors and include coverage for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, and matching 401k.
