Senior Financial AnalystOur client is experiencing rapid growth and seeks a driven Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This role will work closely with a talented CFO in an evolving role with a growth path to management. The ideal candidate is deadline-driven and enjoys being involved in supporting the organization's ambitious growth model.
This is a remote opportunity.Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain forecasting models for current business and future M&A efforts.
- Perform variance analysis to support budgeting activities.
- Identify industry trends, KPIs, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Suggest opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, and/or CFA preferred.
- At least 3 years of progressive corporate FP&A experience; exposure to M&A preferred.
- Retail or investment banking industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar), business intelligence, or FP&A tools.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
