Responsibilities Of The Treasury Assistant
- Respond to account inquiries via phone and email.
- Set up new accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Complete applications by retrieving, verifying, and filling in information.
- Audit and update system data to maintain accuracy.
- Additional treasury support as required.
- 6 months of relevant customer service and data entry experience.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service.
- Organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
