Vendor Operations AnalystOur client is seeking a Vendor Operations Analyst to own and guide the lifecycle of vendor master data, which serves as the foundational source base data set utilized across the organization. This pivotal role supports various critical functions including Sourcing, Supplier Performance Management, Product Creation, Senior Leadership Team and Board reporting, Digital platforms, SAP vendor payments, Ordering, Labels, and external reporting to NGOs and Consumers. The successful candidate will lead the development of new capabilities within the organization's systems to streamline vendor maintenance processes and will collaborate closely with cross-functional and overseas teams.
This role is a hybrid model with around two days in office per month in Beaverton, Oregon.Vendor Operations Analyst Responsibilities
  • Manage Tier 1 through Tier 3 vendor information for the organization's source base through onboarding, maintenance, and divest stages.
  • Create systems requests and perform data entry for vendors into the organization's source systems, including Aravo, FlexPLM, SAP, and FSx.
  • Work with cross-functional and overseas teams to ensure data is updated timely and accurately in each system at different stages of the onboarding, maintenance, and divest stages.
  • Act as gatekeeper for vendor data to enforce adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure data accuracy through ongoing validation activities with cross-functional teams.
  • Reporting and data analysis to support standard and ad-hoc business information needs for decision-making.
  • Document processes and track vendor system activities.
  • Identify and drive new products and capabilities to enhance the organization's source base data and reporting in partnership with GSM and organizational stakeholders.
  • Project support for key initiatives, including requirements identification, testing, transition, implementation, and stabilization to deliver against the Vendor product roadmap.
  • Support Corporate Audit review of vendor information.
  • Liaise with company partner managers and factory partners on vendor and packaging and labeling issue resolution.
Vendor Operations Analyst Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with an additional 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or planning.
  • Experience with and understanding of relational databases.
  • Systems experience is mandatory with proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel required), Aravo, SAP, Tableau, FlexPLM, or any product lifecycle management system.
  • FSx experience is preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing/supply chain/planning, certification in Lean/Six Sigma is preferred.

Compensation: $44.37/hr. (DOE) BenefitsBenefits are available to eligible VanderHouwen contractors and include coverage for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, and matching 401k.
