As a Senior Electrical Engineering Team Lead, you and your team will be designing the building infrastructure for large scale mission critical data center projects or unique projects involving EV & PV Distribution, clean rooms, labs, or commercial hi-rises with integrated sustainability. Some of your responsibilities include the following:

Every Vanderweil Engineers team member brings something unique to the table. Here is what we are looking for with this role:

• Mentor a staff of three Electrical Engineers, assigning projects, and conducting reviews.
• Partner with other regional mangers
• Working with electrical distribution equipment that includes generators, ATS and UPS.
• Document design calculations and design path decisions.
• Model electrical distribution systems with our analysis software.
• Create specifications for basic projects.
• Part of project team in the production of engineering solutions for large scale and complex building projects.
• Perform site surveys.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• 7 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• PE License is required
• Understanding of the NEC, IBC and IECC
• SKM, AGI 32 and AMPCALC 4 is a plus
