Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles properly for painting, including taping, masking, etc.
• Rub and polish completed vehicles.
• Assist Refinish Technician in other areas as assigned.
• Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings.
• Work closely with production team and coworkers to meet deadlines.
• Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency.
• Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings.
• Complete required company and safety training

Position Qualifications

• Interest and desire to develop a career in the automotive repair industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years body shop experience required
• Completion of vocational program preferred, but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
