Chief of Staff Role
Our client is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as an execution partner to the Founder & CEO. This role involves collaborating with the EA and COO, external clients, and board members to drive key initiatives and events and support the establishment of the company’s internal systems and processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to contribute to the growth of this emerging consultancy with precision and passion. They should have exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with managing change and ambiguity are essential. Experience in marketing, client relationship management, and project management is highly desirable. Proven demonstration of exceptional discretion when handling confidential information is essential.
This will be a full-time, 100% remote, exempt position based anywhere in the continental United States.
