Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Associates. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various tasks within the store. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for additional hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Sell products and services to customers, ensuring their needs are met
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate department
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed

Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of cash register operations and basic retail math
- Experience in technology sales or appliance sales is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay: $18.41 - $22.17 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 25 per week
