Opening for a part time property manager working at a LIHTC complex.

What we are looking for:

• Accomplished interpersonal skills; capable of dealing effectively with employees, residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong customer service skills and leadership skills
• Must be very detail oriented
• Must be punctual, self-motivated, and have the ability to resolve conflicting issues
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proper automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation that is in good operating condition
• Background check required

Basic duties & responsibilities:

• Responsible for all lease administration duties
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings. Provide Notices for late rent, rules, and regulations violations.
• Appear in court on the behalf of the Company in regard to evictions.
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives
• Determine whether repairs and/or maintenance are needed based on regular inspections of the units, grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Provide and foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and coworkers.
• Obey all Federal Fair Housing Laws and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status or national origin.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
