Role Description

This is a commission-only role for the first 12 weeks. After the probation period, the salary will range from £30,000 to £50,000 GBP, depending on experience (DOE).

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The role will involve conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within our three branches:

Large Enterprises: Targeting industries such as FMCG, Telecoms, Aviation, and Pharmaceuticals, with services including content creation, copywriting, video campaigns, and SEO marketing campaigns. Deal sizes range from £50,000 to £1,000,000 with commissions between 5% and 10%.

Marketing Agencies: Connecting them to brands through lead generation and scheduled meetings, and offering international expansion services. Monthly fees range from £4,900 to £8,900 with a 30% commission rate.

Small Businesses: Targeting industries such as Restaurants, Accountants, Roofers, Lawyers, and Clinics, with services including social media management, SEO marketing, and website creation. Monthly fees range from £750 to £2,500 with commissions between 15% and 25%.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.

• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales and business development skills.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and remotely.

• Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
