What You'll Do: As our Digital Marketing Director, you'll spearhead our digital marketing efforts with a particular focus on social media and email marketing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Leading social media initiatives, including content creation, campaign management, and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales.
• Analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement across social media and email marketing.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice and message.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and ensure compliance.
