Qualifications to be a CertifiedSurgical Technologist (CST) for Vantage Surgical Solutions
- Successful graduation from an accredited surgical technology program
- CST Certification required for some states (within 90 days of employment)
- BLS
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to complete overnight travel 3-4 nights weekly.
- Able to work collaboratively and with a team mindset
