Vara Chevrolet opened its doors on January 6, 1990 in the southside of San Antonio. Since then, we have proudly served the automotive needs of the metro and surrounding areas with our straightforward hassle free pricing motto.

The values and ethics we operate ever day with can be traced back to the childhood years of the founder and President of the company, Doming Vara Jr. He learned the art of selling, the importance of taking care of his customers and the value of hard work from his father Domingo Vara Sr. who would take him door to door selling fruit they had purchased at the crack of dawn from the Central Produce Market. His humble beginning formed a solid foundation for him and allowed him to fulfill his dream of owning his own dealership after starting off his career as a Professional Sales Consultant.

Fast forward to 2024 and that same devotion to providing the best service to our guests is something we strive to do every day.
